As primarily, we’re directly concerned with the vendor providing him only our platform to sell products, thus, if any vendor wants to discontinue, he’d be under need to serve one month prior notice / intimation (through email only) for this purpose, in any case, his any of refund won’t be acceptable.
That so much so, in continuation to the above, in case of any return or refund, existing policy of the vendor / supplier shall prevail and he would be directly responsible as per commitment.
Product returns and refund policy varies for each category, which is a consideration exclusively between vendor and vendee.
For most products you can return a product under certain period which is ascribed by vendor time to time updated.
It would be better / recommended mode, if before purchasing any product, vendee contacts vendor for its existing updated return and refund policies.
On acceptance of the refund request, the reverse shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the order value and you’ll be paid the adjusted amount.
On acceptance of refund, the amount will be given back in the same mode of payment as per initial payment mode. Which means that if you paid via credit card, you’ll be paid back in credit card.
